MAPLE SPINACH SALAD

Spinach topped with strawberries and blueberries, walnuts and hemp hearts with a maple balsamic dressing.

BUDDHA BOWL

MAIN DISH

Quinoa topped with sweet potato, chickpeas, sauteed veggies, baked kale and a maple tahini sauce.

MACARONI AND CHEESE

Macaroni noodles with a cashew-based cheese sauce and topped with panko.

PAD THAI

Fried tofu, sauteed peppers and bean sprouts served on a bed of rice noodles and covered in a thai peanut sauce with cashews and sesame seeds.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP

Roasted butternut squash and sweet potato, coconut milk and broth, blended with sauteed onion, garlic and seasoning.
