Chickpeas and tofu with sauteed carrot and onion in a coconut curry sauce and served over roasted and seasoned potatoes. Served with homemade naan bread.

MAPLE SPINACH SALAD

SIDE DISH

Spinach topped with strawberries and blueberries, walnuts and hemp hearts with a maple balsamic dressing.

SPAGHETTI & NEATBALLS

HOT DISH

Spaghetti noodles with seasoned san marzano tomato sauce, onion, carrot, celery and Yves veggie neatballs. Served with garlic bread.

GREEN GODDESS ROASTED POTATO SALAD

SIDE DISH

Russet and sweet potatoes, chickpeas, and celery in our seasoned avocado mayo.

TURKEY BURGER

Gardein turkey burger with barbecue sauce, mixed greens and a creamy coleslaw. Served with garlic mashed potatoes.
